Subprocessors

Companion to the Privacy Policy (privacy version v1). Counsel should keep this list aligned with production vendors and AI routing.

Hosting & infrastructure — Cloud provider running the API and database (see deployment configuration).
Database & cache — PostgreSQL and Redis as configured for your environment.
Email delivery — Transactional email provider used for verification and password flows.
AI text generation — When AI_PROVIDER=openai, inputs may be processed by OpenAI (or the configured chat provider). When mock, no external model vendor is called.
Analytics / marketing cookies — Only when enabled in cookie preferences (see Settings).
