Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Enterprise agencies may require a DPA before production use. Final legal terms must be reviewed and signed by qualified counsel.
Engineering baseline: personal data is isolated per agency workspace; retention and purge behavior follow configured DATA_RETENTION_* values and the account deletion flow described in the Privacy Policy.
To request a countersigned DPA or vendor security packet, contact contact@brandpilot.com. Authenticated users can use Settings for export and deletion requests.
