Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Canonical version identifier: v1
This Privacy Policy explains how BrandPilot AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when people visit our website, create an account, connect social or advertising platforms, use AI-assisted workflows, or contact us for support.
BrandPilot AI is built for agency and business workspaces. If your organization provides you access, your organization may control workspace content, connected accounts, and administrative settings.
Information we collect
- Account and profile details such as your name, email address, organization, workspace role, authentication events, and policy acceptance records.
- Workspace content including prompts, generated copy, brand kit details, uploaded files, campaign metadata, scheduled publishing data, analytics imports, and workflow configuration.
- Billing, package, usage, credit balance, support, audit, security, and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect BrandPilot AI.
Connected platforms
- When you connect third-party accounts, we process the identifiers, tokens, scopes, page or profile metadata, publishing targets, status events, and error messages needed to provide the requested integration.
- Supported platform connections may include Meta products such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other social or advertising services added to your workspace.
- We use connected platform data to authenticate your account, show connection health, prepare exports, schedule or publish content, read eligible metrics, and troubleshoot provider errors. We do not sell connected platform data.
How we use information
- We use information to provide the product, personalize workspace features, generate and manage content, enforce package limits, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal, billing, tax, and compliance obligations.
- We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to understand product performance and reliability, but we do not use private workspace content for cross-customer marketing profiles.
AI processing
- When AI features are enabled, prompts, instructions, generated drafts, and relevant workspace context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce requested output.
- AI provider routing is environment-dependent. See the Subprocessors page for the current disclosure model and review generated content before publishing it to any external platform.
Cookies and tracking
- We use essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security, preferences, and product operation.
- Analytics or marketing cookies are optional where enabled in the product. Signed-in users can manage cookie preferences in Settings.
Sharing and subprocessors
- We share information with subprocessors that help us host, secure, deliver, analyze, bill, support, or improve the service.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect BrandPilot AI or our users, during business transfers, or with your direction through connected integrations.
Retention and deletion
- We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
- You can request account deletion from Settings. We revoke active access promptly and then delete, purge, or anonymize eligible app data according to the documented retention workflow, while retaining billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-hold records when required.
Your choices and rights
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing of personal data.
- Signed-in users can export account data, start deletion, update cookie preferences, and review legal policy status from Settings.
Security
- We use access controls, tenant isolation, logging, encryption for sensitive integration credentials, rate limits, and operational monitoring designed to protect account and workspace information.
- No service can guarantee perfect security, so keep your credentials private and revoke integrations that should no longer have access.
